Serving as one of the Museum’s shops, the Country Store is another historic interior, it stocks a wide range of gifts including Navajo jewellery, Shaker boxes, a range of mugs and tea towels depicting American Museum quilt designs, hand-crafted goods and many other American style lines.

Alongside a range of books on American history and the decorative arts the shop sells postcards and gifts to complement the exhibition, which changes annually.

Plants, herbs, and ‘Tussie Mussies’ – traditional posies of a variety of flowers and herbs – are sold from this quaint little shop which benefits from the view over the Limpley Stoke Valley.
