Opening Times & Admission

Opening Times

The Museum, Exhibition, Gardens, Café, Gift Shops, and Car Park are now closed until 11 March 2023.

During this time, there is a great deal of work going on behind the scenes, so unfortunately there are no visits permitted during this period.

When we reopen in March, tickets will be available from the Ticket Office on arrival. Please use a contactless method where possible.

Tickets are only available online for specific events. Details of any events or days when pre-booking is required can be found on the What’s On page. If visiting on a normal day, tickets are only available at our onsite Ticket Office on the day of visit.
