Visitor Experience Assistant
Salary: £13.69 (£12.21 plus £1.48 annual leave allowance) per hour
Hours: 305 hours per annum as required to cover annual leave, school holidays, bank holidays, event days/evenings and staff meeting/training. Shifts will be set on a rota in advance.
It is an exciting time to join the AM&G as we are going through a significant period of growth – with increased visitor numbers, revenue, and deeper engagement with our audiences. We are looking to continue to grow in the coming years and this role will play an important part in helping to achieve our goals.
The Visitor Experience Assistant role is responsible for ensuring a warm welcome is extended to all visitors upon arrival. They are responsible for admissions, orientating visitors and offering the appropriate information and resources. The role also involves cash handling and responsibility for cash reconciliation, as well as working alone for long periods of time.
