Yoga & Wellbeing Mornings
Join the team from YMCA Bath for a seasonal morning of yoga and wellbeing in the spectacular grounds of the American Museum & Gardens, just ten minutes from Bath. Take time for self-care and come and find quiet beauty, flow and relaxation in special spaces, where you can reset, connect with nature and be inspired by spring. Our Yoga and Wellbeing Mornings are once a month, with a different seasonal focus and theme for each session.
19 JUNE – Celebrating Midsummer and the Summer Solstice
The opportunity to delve into the meaning behind the summer solstice or Litha, how it has been celebrated in times gone by and how we may celebrate it today. This workshop will be a mixture of yoga, meditation, walking in nature and creating a special space to honour this special time.
Yoga & Wellbeing Mornings are always on a Monday, when the Museum is closed to the public, which gives you exclusive use of the grounds and facilities, including expansive gardens with breathtaking views over the Limpley Stoke Valley in the Cotswolds AONB. Wellbeing events at the American Museum & Gardens are organised in partnership with the YMCA Bath – we are two charities working together for community wellbeing.
Things you need to know:
Price includes exclusive access to our Grade II listed gardens on the day. Please note that as we are closed to the public on Mondays, there will be no access to the museum or exhibition gallery.
