Young Person’s Wildlife Photographer Competition​

Do you love taking photos of wildlife? Or know someone who does? ​

Perhaps you haven’t tried it before and would like to give it a go.​

In celebration of our new exhibition, Unforgettable Behaviour, the American Museum & Gardens would like to invite local amateur photographers to enter a competition and have their work displayed in the Exhibition Gallery for the rest of the year.

We can’t wait to see your photos!

How to enter

• Choose a favourite photo that you have taken of wild plants or animals that does not show any people
• If you are over 18, check you have read and agree to the terms of entry below
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian will need to agree to the terms and submit an entry on your behalf
• Email the chosen photo to us at [email protected], with a first name, age and camera type

Competition terms

By entering this competition, you give the American Museum & Gardens permission to:

• Display your photo on screen in the Exhibition Gallery with your first name and age
• Potentially share your photo and first name on social media, in a newsletter or on our website

Please do not:

• Submit any photos with people, including children, in view
