Become a member of our US Friends

Our US Friends of the American Museum & Gardens membership programme, through the Halcyon Foundation, is a 501 (c)(3) registered charity which allows for tax deductions on gifts for US citizens and residents if made payable to the Halcyon Foundation.

 

US Membership

Annual membership benefits

US Friends have all the benefits of UK Membership including:

  • Free admission to the Museum and gardens during open season (daytime opening, March-December)
  • Invitations to private views
  • Museum calendar of events
  • 10% discount in the Museum shops over £5.00
  • Use of the Museum’s library, by appointment, devoted to American history and decorative arts.

In addition, the US Friends of the American Museum & Gardens host a variety of activities in the United States each year that relate to the Museum’s collections, the decorative arts, and Anglo-American relations including: lectures, theatre events, Insider Tours, workshops, and behind-the-scenes talks as well as trips abroad.

  • Priority status for Insider’s Tours, lectures, and benefit functions
  • Use of the Museum’s Airlie-Judkyn Suite in Claverton Manor (by prior arrangement)
