Join Trish and the team from YMCA Bath Health & Wellbeing each month, with a different seasonal theme for each session and a healthy brunch included.
Yoga & Wellbeing Mornings are always on a Monday, when the Museum is closed to the public, which gives you exclusive use of the grounds and facilities, including expansive gardens with breathtaking views over the Limpley Stoke Valley in the Cotswolds AONB.

The first of 4 workshops focusing on the seasons – this will be Spring/Ostara! This session is led by Trish, a yoga teacher and fitness professional from YMCA Bath Health & Wellbeing.

The aim of this workshop will be to immerse ourselves in the woodland at the American Museum & Gardens and learn about forest bathing – what it means and why people do it. We will take time to appreciate the beauty of the trees and the peace of the woodland together. This session is led by Trish, a yoga teacher and fitness professional from YMCA Bath Health & Wellbeing.
Your morning will include:
The opportunity to delve into the meaning behind the summer solstice or Litha, how it has been celebrated in times gone by and how we may celebrate it today. This workshop will be a mixture of yoga, meditation, walking in nature and creating a special space to honour this special time.
