Introduction to Ojibwe Woodland Style Painting
May 25 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm
Join us for a very special workshop with Robert Spade and Celeste Pedri-Spade where you’ll learn about the history of Ojibwe Woodland style painting and paint your own piece.
The workshop will begin with a look at the history of Ojibwe Woodland painting and continue with a demonstration of art practice, followed by some time working in small groups and preparing materials. Finally, you’ll paint your own canvas in Ojibwe style.
There will be two short breaks for refreshments (not provided) during the workshop.
All materials required to participate will be provided.
