Gentle Yoga & Guided Meditation at the American Museum & Gardens
The Gardens at the American Museum offer serenity, nature and stunning views. In partnership with Bath YMCA yoga experts, we are delighted to offer wellbeing sessions in a beautiful setting, listening to the sounds of nature. There is no better place in the city to practice yoga, relax and to calm the body and mind.
Yoga inter woven with beautiful readings, a carefully curated playlist and the sounds of nature. The class will end with a themed guided meditation to instil quietness in the mind and body, allowing you to completely relax, rest and restore. There will be elements of mindfulness and the opportunity to savour the exquisite setting that the museum gardens provide. Open to all levels and experience, beginners welcome.
Things you need to know…
No previous yoga experience necessary.
Every Thursday 6-7pm.
£10 per person per session. Free car parking.
Booking is essential. Booking fee applies.
Bring your own yoga mat, water and layers of clothing. A blanket is great for the meditation.
