We are happy to provide images of objects from our collection under certain terms and conditions. Please note that we are not an image agency and cannot offer a rapid commercial service.
The purchase of an image does not carry with it the right to make a reproduction in any form. An application must be made for reproduction rights. If an image is to be reproduced in any format, an application must be made in writing to the Collections Department, The American Museum in Britain, Claverton Manor, Bath, BA2 7BD or by completing the form below.
We only allow the reproduction of images supplied by The American Museum in Britain. Click for details of image supply and reproduction costs.
Once we have received your application, an invoice for the licence (and image supply if applicable) will be sent to you. You will also be advised of any likely delay in supplying you with the images requested (for example, in the event of new photography having to be arranged).
We will send you the images and accompanying reproduction agreement once we have received payment.
Permission to reproduce is dependent on acceptance of the terms and conditions.
