Textiles Fair 2015
August 24, 2015 - Jon Ducker
We had glorious sunshine for our second annual Textiles Fair on Saturday. The event had a lovely atmosphere, with hoards of textiles enthusiasts making their way down to the Coach House and Stables to delve into stalls piled high with textiles delights. Here are some of our favourite images from the day.
Delicious colours from 21st Century Yarns
Local artist Kate Westcott’s screen printed designs
Antique Swedish embroidery threads courtesy of Linladan.
Jenpatola’s gorgeous Indian scraves.
A tumble of vintage textiles from Susannah Antique Textiles.
Helen Roskell’s vintage fabrics.
We were delighted with the range of stalls at this year’s fair. Did you come along? Let us know what pieces you picked up, and what you’d like to see more of next year.
